    CARE

    • To use the UGG Care Kit, start by applying the Protector spray to clean, dry boots to repel water and stains.
    • Next, use the Cleaner & Conditioner with the included sponge to gently scrub your boots in a circular motion, then let them dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.
    • Once dry, brush the boots with the bamboo handle brush to restore their appearance.
    • For any scuffs, use the suede scuff eraser.
    • Finally, spray the Shoe Renew freshener inside the boots to eliminate odors.

    In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days; we process and deliver orders Monday - Friday. We use various shipping carriers to make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. Items not currently in stock that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. Please check order status for expected dates. Our shipping fees include all applicable handling fees. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for some parts of Hawaii and Alaska and some other rural areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
