Returns and Exchanges
Didn't fit the way you expected? Color isn't what you thought it would be? You just changed your mind? At Boot World, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are not happy. With our No-Hassle Return & Exchange policy, return or exchange any product for FREE within 60 days of purchase.
- • Products must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage
- • Products must be returned in original packaging (all tags attached, footwear in original box, all provided materials present)
- • When trying on your boots or shoes, please test the fit on a carpeted surface to avoid any wear/scuffs on the footwear sole
- • Products must be returned within 60 days of the date purchased
- • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- • Free Returns or Exchanges are only applicable on orders within the continental United States
- • Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed and payment refunded depending on your method of payment and your bank/credit card policy
- • For returns or exchanges outside the window, or if you feel your product is defective, please email [email protected] for further assistance

When shipping back your product, please include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order. Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any Boot World retail store.
Retail Store Purchases
For purchases made at our retail stores, we're happy to handle returns or exchanges at any Boot World location. We are unable to return or exchange in-store purchases online. Contact any Boot World location for additional information.
Commercial Account Purchases

In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items not currently in stock that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. Please check order status for expected dates. Our shipping fees include all applicable handling fees. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for some parts of Hawaii and Alaska and some other rural areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Online Shipping Offer
Free ground shipping on online orders $75 or more before tax and shipping charges, $5 flat rate ground shipping on all orders below $75. This offer is valid only in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid on special orders. Not valid on purchases made in-store.

How long does it take to get my order?
It takes 2-3 days to ship once we process your order. It typically takes us 1 business day to process your order. Please note that ship times may vary during the holiday season.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Depending on whether we’ve already processed your order, you may be able to modify or cancel your purchase. Please refer to your customer account online or call (888) 502-4600 x 108 for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all states in the U.S. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Do you price match?
Yes, we price match pricing on footwear from any authorized retailer of a specific brand in the same size. This does not apply to third-party resellers or going out-of-business sales.
